Franchise Management Inc. (FMI) is one of the largest restaurant franchisees in North America. They currently own and operate more than 350 Pizza Hut, PFK/KFC, Taco Bell, Burger King and Panera Bread restaurants across 18 provinces and states. Having recently purchased the majority of the PFK and Pizza Hut restaurants in the province of Quebec, FMI plans on renovating, relocating and opening new PFK and Pizza Hut locations over the next several years. Intella has been working with FMI specifically handling and consulting on; site selection, strategic planning, negotiations as well as any downsizing and/or relocations for the PFK and Pizza Hut brands. Drive-Thru locations are preferred but not absolutely required for PFK, and end-cap or in-line locations are suitable for Pizza Hut.

BarBurrito Fresh Mexican Grill opened their first restaurant in 2005 and currently has over 125 locations from coast to coast. They are presently in an expansion mode looking to grow the chain to 400 stores within 7-10 years. It is a Mexican themed restaurant with a preference to locate in grocery store or hypermarket anchored shopping centres or power centres. The typical size is between 1,000 to 1,400 square feet with 20-30 seats and a small patio.

Sleep Country Canada is a publicly traded Canadian company and is the leading specialty retailer of mattresses and sleep accessories in Canada.. Founded in 1994, the chain has since grown to over 185 stores across Canada and is expanding in to many markets that are not already covered by their existing store network.

Dormez-vous is the leading specialty retailer of mattresses and sleep accessories in the Province of Quebec. With over 50 corporately-owned stores, Dormez-vous provides an unparalleled in-store experience with highly trained, friendly and knowledgeable Sleep Experts to help match customers to the bedding solutions that meet their sleep needs. The chain is expanding in cities that are not currently covered by their existing store network.

Parfumdirect is a successful perfume retailer that sells international branded authentic perfume. They carry a wide variety of high quality perfumes including hard to find fragrances at discount prices. They are located within interior malls and advertise extensively throughout the Montreal area.

Freshii is a successful international quick service restaurant that offers fresh, healthy and affordable food. Now operating in over 300 locations in 20 countries, Freshii offers 7 different menu categories which include bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, soups, smoothies & juices.
